The rules for this repo live in [AGENTS.md](AGENTS.md) — one file, so every tool reads the
same thing. Read it before your first edit.

The two that matter most:

1. This is a **reference implementation**. Never propose copying `domain/`, `repo/`,
   `services/worker/`, or the claim query into `../learn-python/`. Those are the course.
2. **No back-and-forth writing style** in prose, comments, or docstrings. Plain declaratives.
